Return and Exchange Policy
At Ambrose, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our timeless wardrobe staples. To maintain fairness and quality, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to accommodate exchanges to help you find the perfect fit or style.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Exchanges are available within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Original packaging must be included.
Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@shopambrose.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Please specify the new size or style you'd like.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Ship the item back to us using a traceable method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our eligibility requirements, we’ll ship your replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to love what you wear. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify Us Immediately: Email us at hello@shopambrose.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- Assessment and Resolution: Once we review your claim, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. For approved claims, we will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of the returned item.
- Sale items and customized products are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
- Ambrose is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
