At AMBROSE, we want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned with original packaging

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email hello@shopambrose.com with your order number and whether you’d like a return or an exchange.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship your item using a trackable method. (Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.)

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item:

    • Returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

    • Exchanges will ship out at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@shopambrose.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos

Approved claims will be replaced at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Important Notes

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Sale items and customized products are final sale.

  • AMBROSE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
