Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with all tags attached

Returned with original packaging
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@shopambrose.com with your order number and whether you’d like a return or an exchange.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Ship your item using a trackable method. (Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.)

Once we receive and inspect your item:

Returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges will ship out at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@shopambrose.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue

Clear photos
Approved claims will be replaced at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Sale items and customized products are final sale.

AMBROSE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
